Paper Accepted!

Our paper “Balancing Security and Privacy in Genomic Range Queries” (Xuhua Ding, Ercan Ozturk, Gene Tsudik) was accepted to be presented in ACM Workshop on Privacy in the Electronic Society (WPES) 2019 on November 11 in London, UK.

Thermanator was presented at Black Hat Europe 2018 in London! The presentation is available.


Thermanator website is online!

Thermanator is a post factum thermal imaging attack that allows an adversary recover full password key sets up to 30 seconds and partial password key sets up to 1 minute after password entry. The attack uses a mid-range thermal imaging camera.
